MESSAGE FROM CDF – JULY 2023

Hello Everyone,

Hello Summer! Very hot June, we all nearly melted here at CDF. Good job we are tough (well fairly tough, not very). Ben reached the age of 25 yesterday and nearly done 8 years at CDF and still looks fine. Unbelievable! (he must be tough!)

Thank you to everyone for their support in June, lots of orders to deal with. Everyone seemed to be lifted and happy in the sunshine and no doubt looking forward to their holidays, and why not, we’ve all earnt them!

My old mum used to say “enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think.” Very true, very wise and apt in what have been difficult times. But the better times are to come just around the next corner, for certain. We were able to do so much more for the children’s charities last month due to the extremely kind donation of a large quantity of furniture from a customer just outside of Bradford. Furniture which has and still is being sold to raise funds for these needy children who rely on us all to help wherever and whenever we can. Big or small help, every penny counts, believe me.
